COIN-TO-DOLLAR MATCHING

1. Only one (1) claim attempt will be accepted for each donation receipt.

2. In the event that a donation receipt is submitted more than once by the same or separate individuals, only the first claim attempt will receive the matched BB coins. All subsequent claim attempts will be denied.

3. BB coins will be matched to the email address that you have officially shared with us in your claim attempt. If you did not register for a BlackBook account with the same email address, you will not be able to retrieve your BB coins when the app launches.

4. All successful claims for the coin-to-dollar matching must be linked to the proper BlackBook account, registered with your official email address, by 14 February 2021. Successful claims that are tied to non-existent BlackBook accounts or BlackBook accounts created with non-official email accounts will be forfeited.

5. All claims for the coin-to-dollar matching must be made by 14 February 2021. BlackBook will not entertain any claims made after 14 February 2021.

6. Donations made before the app launches will receive the BB coins in their registered BlackBook account within fourteen (14) days of the app launch.

7. Donations made after the app launches will receive their BB coins in their registered BlackBook account within fourteen (14) days of their successful claim attempt.

8. Your BB coins awarded as part of this campaign will expire one (1) year from the date of issue.

9. BB coins awarded via the coin-for-dollar matching campaign cannot be converted into cash back into your credit card.

10. BlackBook reserves the right to withdraw your matched BB coins in the following events:

    1. Documentation detailing donation amount and donor’s details is found to be doctored through digital means

    2. Attempts to claim BB coins on separate occasions via submitting the same screenshot multiple times

11. BlackBook’s coin-to-dollar matching campaign will end once the goal of SGD$50,000 is met, or when the fundraising initiative 'Support our youth to become Beyond Awesome!' ends on 31 January 2021, whichever is earlier.

12. BlackBook reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms. Please check these Terms periodically for changes.

 

BB COINS USAGE

1. BB coins can only be utilised by BlackBook registered users.

2. You will need to sign into your BlackBook Travels account to access the BB coins credited into your account when BlackBook Travels launches.

3. BB coins are available for use on BlackBook Travel's mobile app or website at checkout.

4. Once used for a booking, the BB coins will no longer be valid for subsequent uses.

5. BB coins awarded during promotional campaigns, as well as the BIAB coin-to-dollar matching program, cannot be converted to cash.

6. BB coins are non-transferrable and the credit amount is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
