Eligibility
1. Friends and family of a BlackBook employee or partner.
2. Claimant must be 18 years or older.
3. Claimant must provide a valid promo code to claim US$20 in BB coins.
4. The offer is limited to the first 100 claimants who have completed their stay (min. US$250, room only, before fees & taxes).

How to participate
1. Create a BlackBook account.
2. Make a hotel booking on BlackBook and complete the stay before 30 September 2021.
3. Email marketing@blackbooktravels.com with the promo code and the hotel booking confirmation email.
General conditions
1. 593 BB coins (with cashback value of US$20) will be awarded to your BlackBook account.
2. You consent to BlackBook Travel’s collection of your name and email address to credit the BB coins into your account.
3. BlackBook Travels shall not be liable for any and all damages, costs, expenses, claims or losses of any kind that a registrant may incur as a result of the offer.
4. BlackBook Travels reserves the right to disqualify any qualified claimant who does not respond within five (5) working days after notification.

5. The offer is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
6. Cash out value of BB coins will worth US$20. Alternatively, the coins will be worth approximately US$22.81 if used towards the next booking instead.

7. The offer of US$20 cashback ends 30 Sept 2021. Stays completed after 30 Sept 2021 will not qualify for the offer.
8. By participating in this offer, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions of this offer. All successful claimants will be notified via email.
9. BlackBook Travels, the organiser, reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the terms of, or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice.
BB coins usage
1. BB coins can only be utilised by BlackBook registered users.
2. You will need to sign into your account to access the BB coins credited into your account.
3. BB coins will be available for use on our mobile apps (on App Store and Play Store) or website at checkout.
4. Once used for a booking, BB coins will no longer be available for subsequent uses.
5. The BB coins issued via this Programme can be converted to cash. This requires a valid credit card on file and a verified account.
6. The value of the BB coins in your local currency is subject to prevailing exchange rates.

7. BB coins are non-transferable.
8. BB coins issued as part of this offer will expire three (3) years from the date of issue.
